School Administrator Guide

Set up your school on Thinking Paper

Contact Us

Email us at support@thinkingpaper.app to register your school. We'll whitelist your school email domain and set up your organisation.

Create Your Account

Once your school email is whitelisted, sign up at thinkingpaper.app using your school email address.

Configure Microsoft SSO (Optional)

Connect your school's Microsoft 365 tenant for seamless sign-in. Teachers and pupils can then use their school credentials.

Create Classes

Go to Admin > Classes and create a class for each teaching group. Give each class a clear name like 'Year 10 English' or 'GCSE History'.

Invite Teachers

Add staff members and assign them as teachers to their classes. They'll receive an invitation to join.

Configure AI Profiles

Choose which AI assistant profiles are available for your school. You can enable/disable profiles and set a default.

Set Up Safeguarding

Designate a safeguarding lead who will be notified of any flagged AI interactions that need review.
